For those who’ve moved up or switched roles, what helped you land better job opportunities, certifications, networking, or just experience? Also, is it better to specialize in one trade or stay flexible across different roles?

yeah seems like being good at your job gets you noticed, but being the guy who can fix random problems too is how you accidentally get promoted
