After about 40 minutes of operation, the hydraulic tank starts overflowing, and the hydraulics slow way down. When the machine is cold, everything works normally at first. I'm running out of ideas.

I'm working on a Komatsu D21E-6 and the left steering clutch seems to be stuck. The machine will not turn left at all. If the clutch has to be removed, does the sprocket need to come off too? The dozer still moves, just won't steer properly on the left side.
