Totally agree with you all! Those small items like grease fittings and belts sneak under the radar but can cause real downtime. We've been using Fleetio too, and tying it to telematics is on our radar, it'd be awesome to get real-time service triggers straight from the machine!

Totally get where you’re coming from, 11% feels brutal! I’ve had better luck with local credit unions and they seem more flexible and less nosy. Definitely worth shopping around and asking if they can beat competitor rates.
