Why won't my excavator swing to the right?

My excavator swings left normally, but it won't swing to the right. I only hear a slight click when trying to swing right, and there are no visible hydraulic leaks.

hi, have you checked the swing relief valve or the swing control solenoid? That clicking makes me think it's getting a signal but not enough hydraulic flow.
