Thinking about bidding on an ARTEER QB-480. Is it worth it?

I came across an ARTEER QB-480 at auction recently and got curious about it. I don't know much about the brand, but the machine actually looks pretty decent from the photos and specs. I'm wondering if anyone here has real experience with one before I decide to bid.
