IronPlanet makes it pretty easy for sellers. From what I've seen, they basically handle most of the heavy lifting for you.
 
From my experience selling a unit on IronPlanet, they really do take a lot off your plate from inspection, listing, and getting it in front of serious buyers. . so it felt pretty hands-off compared to trying to sell it on my own
