CAT 314c CR won't crank.

My CAT 314C CR (CAT engine) won't crank after a failed start in 5f weather. It cranked fine for 5 seconds, I cycled the glow plugs again, and now nothing.

Sounds like the cold might've just taken the life out of the batteries. In that kind of 5F weather, they can drop voltage really fast - especially after a couple of glow plug cycles.
