I'm new around excavators and got put on a Kobelco (not 100% sure on the model). I don't want to be that guy dumping fuel in the wrong place. Where's the diesel fill usually located on these machines? Is it always on the same side, or does it change by model/year?

If you're running high hours, go new for the efficiency and uptime. But for smaller projects, a solid used machine is still the best way to grow your fleet without the massive debt.
