I’m curious about the buyer side of things when it comes to Copart vs IAA. For those of you who’ve used both, which platform feels easier to navigate and actually buy from? Do things like bidding, fees, or customer support make a big difference between the two? I’d love to hear...
I'd say for a 40x50x14 with basic doors and insulation, you're probably looking anywhere from $30k-$45k right now, but it really swings with location and upgrades. Always check what's included in the quote-some leave out concrete or delivery, which can bea nasty surprise later.

that auto hour logging is a sleeper feature that pays off fast
check out local unions or trade schools coz they often offer solid hands-on training plus job placement. maybe start with a skid steer or backhoe, then work your way up.
