Why won't the tracks unlock on my Bobcat T180?

My Bobcat T180 runs great, but sometimes after I lift and lower the seat bar, the tracks won't unlock. The warning lights come on, and the lift and tilt functions still work, but the tracks stay locked.

The only fix is to shut the machine off and restart it. Has anyone had this issue? What was the cause or solution?
