Why isn't the apron and eject sequence working properly on a Rome R56H after switching to a two-valve setup?

I'm working on a Rome R56H scraper and recently switched from a 3-valve to a 2-valve setup using a sequence valve from Ashland Industries (now K-Tec Earthmovers).
Now the apron and eject aren't sequencing properly. Could this just be a valve adjustment issue, or did I set it up wrong? Is the single-apron cylinder vs. the typical dual-cylinder setup causing the problem?
