I'm working on a Volvo L50F loader that originally had a charging problem after the alternator was replaced. I found two wires crossed on the alternator and replaced the blown fuses. It charged after powering the excite wire, but now the machine won't start. Fuse #46 blows as soon as the key is turned on. Has anyone dealt with this issue before or know where I should start looking for the short?
