Why are the hydraulics not responding on my CAT 313C?

My 2002 CAT 313C starts and runs normally, but the hydraulics are intermittent and now completely dead. There is no swing, lift, or track movement, while the hydraulic oil level is normal. What could cause this CAT 313C hydraulic control problem?
