Possible causes:
  1. Restricted fuel return line - Fuel can't circulate back to the tank properly.
  2. Faulty fuel temperature sensor - Could be giving a false high reading.
  3. Fuel cooler problem - Cooler may be clogged or not working.
  4. Injection pump overheating - High-pressure operation can heat fuel.
  5. Blocked fuel filters - Restriction increases fuel temperature.
  6. Electrical wiring issue - Sensor wiring may be faulty.
  7. SCV installation issue - New SCV may need calibration or could be defective.
Has anyone encountered this before or knows what else could be causing it?
