Has anyone noticed seasonal patterns in Salvage auctions when it comes to scoring better deals?
I've heard bidding slows in certain months when contractors are busy, while off-season sales can be gold for patient buyers.
From your experience, which months consistently have the best prices, and which ones should bidders avoid?

Great question - I've definitely noticed timing plays a role. In many salvage markets (whether IronPlanet, IAA Global Auction, GovPlanet or Ritchie Bros events), bidding tends to slow down in late winter and midsummer when a lot of contractors and rebuilders are tied up with peak jobs or weather-related work. That often means fewer active bidders and some softer prices, especially on smaller or common units
