Pricing check on a JD 35G, what's a fair number lately?

I'm looking at picking up a John Deere 35G for some upcoming residential work and retaining wall projects. I've seen prices all over the map online, anywhere from $35k for high-hour units to $65k+ for newer ones. For those who have bought or priced one recently, what's a 'good' deal right now? Also, is it worth paying the premium for the cab/AC, or should I just stick with an open station? Thanks!

Prices really are all over, but lately I've been seeing clean mid-hour 35Gs land in the $45-55k range-cab/AC is worth it if you're running it year-round or on longer days.

For long days or hot climates it's worth it, but open station is fine if it's just occasional work.
