I always thought J.M. Wood Auction Company was only about live auctions where you had to wait for sale day and bid for equipment. But recently while browsing their listings, it looked like there might be a way to buy a dozer right away without waiting for the auction.
I'm still pretty new to this, so I'm trying to understand how it actually works. Are these buy-now options, pre-auction deals, or something you can negotiate directly with them? Also wondering if the prices are still fair compared to just bidding at auction or buying from a dealer.
Has anyone here managed to get a machine from J.M. Wood outside the live auction? How was the process - paperwork, payment, hauling, all that stuff?
Just trying to learn before I make a move. Appreciate any insights
