How to move a mini excavator that won't start?

The most frustrating and common site scenario is when a heavy iron won't stop functioning in a very bad spot. What do you usually do?

Happened to me once with my Bobcat - ended up using a skid steer to gently push it onto the trailer after unlocking the travel motors. Not fun, but it worked!

Been there a few times myself! In my case, if my mini digger won’t start and I need to move it, the safest way is usually to release the hydraulic travel motors so it can be pushed or pulled a short distance.
