How are contractors here keeping up with equipment servicing when machines are running nonstop?
Do you schedule maintenance by hours, downtime windows, or just handle issues as they come up?
I’m curious how people avoid breakdowns without slowing projects down.

We've had the best luck scheduling maintenance strictly by machine hours and knocking out services early in the morning or on rainy days. A few hours of planned downtime beats losing a machine for days because of an unexpected breakdown.
