Experiences with GovPlanet condition reports and walk-arounds

Has anyone here bought equipment through GovPlanet and relied on their condition reports and walk-around inspections? I'm curious how accurate they've been in real-world use versus what's shown online. Any surprises, good or bad, that first-time buyers should know about?

From what I’ve seen, they’re pretty reliable overall, but the small details don’t always show up.
