Do Experienced Buyers Set Maximum Bids on GovPlanet?

hey folks, I’ve been looking at auctions on GovPlanet and wondering how experienced buyers handle their bidding strategy. Do most people set a maximum bid ahead of time and let the system handle it? Or do seasoned bidders prefer to watch the auction and adjust their bids manually?

The system will auto-bid for you up to that limit, which is handy if you're juggling multiple machines or can't watch the whole auction.
