What kind of equipment do you think is the hardest to ship, and what makes it so difficult? Have you ever had a machine that was a real headache to transport?

For me, oversized machines like large excavators and dozers are usually the biggest headache. The weight, permits, route restrictions, and finding the right trailer can make the whole move a lot more complicated.
