How do I diagnose a Deere 200D LC starting problem?

My Deere 200D LC shows a battery and charging system warning but won’t crank. The batteries and connections check out. Does this excavator have trouble codes that can help diagnose the electrical problem?
 
Could there be any stored trouble codes pointing to the electrical issue, especially since the batteries and connections already check out?
