Which Champion grader series has closed-center hydraulics?

I’m trying to identify the year and series of a Champion grader. Is a 1996 or newer Series IV better because of the closed-center hydraulic system?

Series IV (1994) is where Champion switched to closed-center hydraulics; Series V and VI continued with the system.
