Link-belt 350x2 hydraulic overheating

My Link-Belt 350x2 overheats when working hard. It also has weak swing power, and one track feels weaker than the other. Has anyone experienced this or know what could be causing it?

start by checking the hydraulic oil level and condition, cleaning the hydraulic cooler, and replacing any clogged filters. Weak swing and one slow track could also point to a relief valve, pump, or travel motor issue, so a hydraulic pressure test would be a good next step.
