How do I perform the A-adjustment on a Kobelco SK135SRLC-1E after replacing the CPU controller?

I recently replaced the CPU controller on my Kobelco SK135SRLC-1E (2006 model), and now I'm stuck trying to complete the A-adjustment procedure. The controller replacement went okay, and I was able to do the minor adjustment process, but when it comes to the stepping motor and fuel pump adjustments, I'm completely lost. Unfortunately, the replacement controller didn't come with instructions.

Since you already did the minor adjustment, the problem is probably in the stepping motor or fuel pump calibration part.
