Are prices softer at Ritchie Bros regional auctions?

I was wondering if anyone has noticed whether Ritchie Bros regional auctions tend to have softer prices compared to their bigger national events.

Do machines usually go for less at the smaller regional auctions, or is it about the same? Any tips on what to look for or how to get the best deals would be super helpful.

Regional auctions do tend to run a bit softre since buyer pools are smaller, but the flip side is less competition can mean better deals if you've done your homework.

Best tip is to check past results, set your max price, and stick to it. And always inspect the machine or get a detailed report. Condition matters more than auction size.
