What is the difference between these two pedals?

Been operating this CAT 140 Motor grader since last month, and I am still confused about this pedal. Is this left-nose pedal a clutch pedal or an inching pedal?

The left pedal is the inching pedal, which you can use when starting to modulate transmission engagement.

This post is very timely. The clutch pedal on my 944S is giving me a headache. It struggles to come back up! I checked the slave and found no leakage!
