How to Handle Clients Who Constantly Change Scope?

Hey everyone, I'm curious how you deal with clients who keep changing the project scope midstream. I've had a few lately who approve a plan, then keep adding "just one more thing" without adjusting the budget or timeline. It throws off scheduling and makes it hard to keep crews focused. Do you set strict boundaries upfront, or just roll with it and adjust as you go?
 
Been there more times than I can count-now I make sure every "one more thing" comes with a signed change order so everyone stays on the same apge.
 
Haha, I just tell clients "every 'little change' comes with a not-so-little invoice"

keeps the surprises to a minimum
 
i'd say setting clear scope-change rules upfront saves a lot of headaches-maybe build in a simple change order process so clients know extra work = extra time and cost.
