Hi all,

Has anyone here seen a real difference in downtime or delays after adopting new construction tech? I’m curious if tools like telematics, predictive maintenance software, or automated scheduling systems actually make a measurable impact. Would love to hear what’s worked (or hasn’t) on your job sites!

Great topic! We started using telematics last year, and it’s honestly cut our unplanned downtime by a good chunk, especially with maintenance alerts and tracking idle time. Curious if you had luck with automated scheduling tools too?

Absolutely with telematics and predictive maintenance tools have been game changers for us too. Getting ahead of breakdowns and tracking equipment usage in real time has helped keep projects moving and cut down on last-minute surprises. Automated scheduling’s been hit or miss, but when it works, it really tightens up the workflow.

No doubt, telematics and predictive maintenance are cutting downtime in a big way. Real-time tracking and automated alerts help crews stay ahead of breakdowns instead of reacting to them. Less unplanned downtime means fewer delays and lower costs.

Totally agree about telematics and maintenance tracking have been a big win for us too. It’s way easier to stay ahead of issues before they snowball. Anyone tried integrating it with scheduling tools yet? Curious how well they sync up.
