Hey @Denny_HonDa, we've had the best luck combining a steel cage with a hiddne GPS tracker.. locks alone slow them down, but tracking is what actually gets it back.
agree with the signs mentioned.. another one I’ve run into is random shutdowns even with decent fuel. Usually a heads-up that something electrical is failing. I always keep an eye (and ear) out for anything new or weird.. it’s cheaper to fix early than deal with downtime
Hey guys,

Totally agree on syncing the crew, makes a huge difference! I'd also suggest pre-heating the screed before you even start and making sure your haul trucks are staggered right to avoid bottlenecks. Dialing in your hopper flow settings and using a material transfer vehicle (if available) can keep...

Given that it's May right now, if you're looking for deals, it's worth keeping an eye out through the summer months as dealerships start preparing for the fall inventory push. Prices may not drop as much as in the late year, but with some patience and negotiation, you might still find solid...
Hey everyone, I’ve been having some issues with my generator lately and was wondering if anyone could share common problems you’ve encountered. What are some common generator issues, and what are the best ways to fix them? Any tips or advice would be appreciated!
Hey Joemar! I’ve leaned toward leasing for some of my projects, especially when budgets are tight or timelines are short. It’s great not having to worry about maintenance or big upfront payments. Just be sure to read the fine print, some of those usage limits can really catch you off guard if...
No doubt, getting certified (OSHA, NCCER, CDL, etc.) opens doors fast. Pair that with solid work ethic, showing up on time, and learning from the vets on site? You’re golden. Also, networking in this field is underrated, it's who you know that can land you your next gig.
