hey everyone, curious to hear what your biggest headaches are when it comes to managing job sites day-to-day. Is it dealing with schedules, keeping crews on task, equipment issues, or maybe something else entirely? Would love to see what challenges come up most often for you all.
 
Man, hands down it’s labor productivity. Stats show over 30% of time on site still gets wasted on waiting, fixing mistakes, or hunting down materials. You can have the best schedule or gear, but if the crew’s not dialed in or there is constant rework yur bleeding money every day. Curious how everyone else tackles that.. tighter supervision, incentives, or just better planning?
 
i feel that... my biggest pain? chasing down missing materials like I’m on a scavenger hunt. 😅 Anyone using apps or tricks to keep that chaos in check?
